5. What areas and hours do you operate in?
We are based in Dubai (Jumeirah Lake Towers) but serve clients across the UAE.
Our team operates 24/7 for urgent/luxury requests. Standard services are arranged during business hours, unless specified otherwise.
6. How do pricing and payment work?
Each service has its own pricing based on complexity, time, and exclusive requirements.
For large or bespoke experiences (private jets, security, special events), we provide tailored quotes.
Payment methods include bank transfers, credit cards, and other secure digital payment options.
A deposit or retainer may be required for bookings with high demand or long lead time.

Yes. We maintain strict confidentiality for all clients. All staff and partners are bound by non-disclosure agreements (NDAs). Your personal preferences, behavioral details, and travel plans are handled with the utmost discretion and care.
