Cancellation Policy

At RR Concierge, we value your trust and strive to deliver premium services with flexibility and reliability. Our Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which bookings may be cancelled, modified, or refunded. Please read carefully before confirming any service with us.

1. General Cancellations

  • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@rrconcierge.ae.

  • The effective date of cancellation is the date we receive your written request.

  • Cancellations are subject to confirmation from RR Concierge.

2. Service-Specific Cancellations

  • Standard Concierge Services (e.g., reservations, lifestyle requests): Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance are eligible for a full or partial refund (depending on service).

  • Travel, Events & Experiences: Cancellation terms vary depending on the policies of third-party providers (airlines, hotels, event venues, restaurants, etc.). Fees may apply.

  • Luxury Assets (Private Jets, Yachts, Villas, Exclusive Events): Once confirmed, bookings may be non-refundable or subject to significant cancellation fees. Specific terms will be communicated at the time of booking.

3. Refunds

  • Refund eligibility depends on the nature of the service and agreements with third-party providers.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days using the original method of payment.

  • Non-refundable services will be clearly communicated prior to confirmation.

4. Modifications

  • Requests to reschedule or modify bookings will be treated as cancellations if the provider does not allow changes.

  • Where possible, RR Concierge will assist in securing alternative arrangements, subject to availability and additional charges.

5. Force Majeure

RR Concierge is not responsible for cancellations or service interruptions caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Government restrictions

  • Strikes or labor disputes

  • Travel bans or emergencies

In such cases, refunds and rebooking options will depend on third-party provider policies.
